Learn About Our Facility and What To Expect
-1 large couples massage room
-1,600 sq. foot escape for our guests
Arrival: Once you arrive you will be escorted to the “Quiet Room” where you can enjoy fresh water or hot tea. The “Quiet Room” is candle-lit and accompanied by the sound of trickling water. This is where your therapist will pick you up.
During your Session: Once you have consulted with your therapist, you will tuck yourself away onto a heated-6 1/2″ cushioned table, covered by a velour or microfiber blanket (depending on season or preference). Your face will sink into our microfiber face cradles and you are asked your lighting preference.
After your Session: Your therapist will greet you with water, make sure to stay hydrated. He/She will escort you to the front desk where you can check out, learn about our other offerings and book your next visit.
Tips on Communicating With Your Therapist
1. Let your therapist know the areas you would like to have focus work on, let them know what movements irritate the muscle or group of muscles.
2. Communicate in detail the amount of pressure you prefer. Your body might be sending your therapist one message and you might prefer another. Don’t be afraid to speak up.
3. If you feel as though you might need more time on a certain area, let your therapist know. Keep in mind your therapist is expected to preform a full body massage with focus work promptly ending at the 60, 90 or 120 minute duration. So, if you don’t mind less time in other areas let he/she know!
Please Keep Voices Down When Entering the Spa!
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you may enjoy our waiting room and all it has to offer before your session. Also, during this time you can communicate with your therapist about the needs you have for your session.
Therapists are usually booked back-to-back so late arrivals will only receive the remainder of the scheduled appointment time.
What To Wear?
During the massage the therapist prefer that you remove all clothing to allow him/her to give you the full potential of your treatment. We are professionally trained and experienced in “draping” to keep all parts correctly and securely covered.
F.Y.I. the glutes are considered a part of the leg so if you are experiencing low back, hip or leg pain your glutes are most likely the center of the cause and should be worked on. As a friendly reminder, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please be sure that you leave with all of your personal belongings.
Communicate With Your Therapist
During the massage, feel free to speak up on anything you would like to be different — more pressure, less pressure, quieter music, a blanket if you’re cold, turning the table warmer off. Your comfort is the most important thing, and your therapist is there for you.
Please Turn Off Your Cell Phes!
As a common courtesy to other guests at the spa, please do not speak on your cell phone and turn off any mobile devices during your visit.

Please consider that there are several other massages in sessions and loud talking can be disruptive. Keep your “inside voices” and just relax, besides that’s what you came here for right?!
